Introduction pulsed laser welding machine
Compared with traditional YAG pulsed laser welding machines, the QCW pulsed laser welding machine offers numerous advantages, including high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, a compact structure, maintenance-free operation, and flexible fiber-optic beam delivery. The electro-optical conversion efficiency of QCW laser welding reaches 30%–38%, while that of YAG laser welding is only 3%–5%. Under the same laser power, its energy consumption is approximately one-tenth that of YAG laser welding. As such, it is an ideal light source for industrial laser welding and other applications.
QCW laser welding represents an optimized integration of optics, mechanics, electronics, and software. Through the control interface and standard software, the operating status of the laser can be monitored in real time, with alarm notifications provided when necessary. Operational data can also be collected and recorded. This laser welding system adopts a forced air-cooled heat pipe design, requires no replacement of internal consumables, and offers a long service life of up to 100,000 hours.
1200W Pulsed Laser Welding Machine is simple to operate and easy to learn, making it accessible even for non-specialized personnel and helping reduce labor costs. In addition, the heat input during laser welding is extremely low, resulting in minimal post-weld deformation and producing visually appealing weld seams. As a result, laser welding requires little to no post-processing, significantly reducing or even eliminating labor-intensive procedures such as polishing and leveling.
