The LH-FLC2000W is a 2000W handheld fiber laser cleaning machine designed for removing rust, paint, oxide layers and surface contaminants from metal materials. It uses a 1080±10nm fiber laser source and works through non-contact laser ablation, which allows cleaning without damaging the base material.
Compared with traditional sandblasting or chemical cleaning methods, laser cleaning does not require consumables and does not produce secondary pollution. It is commonly used in metal processing, maintenance work, and industrial surface preparation.
The machine supports a power adjustment range from 10% to 100%, which makes it suitable for different cleaning conditions. Lower power can be used for light oxidation or thin coatings, while higher power is used for heavy rust or thick paint layers.
The scanning width is 300mm, which helps improve cleaning efficiency when processing larger surfaces. The system is water-cooled, which allows it to run continuously under industrial working conditions. The total power consumption of the system is around 7.2KW, and it is powered by AC220V±10%.
The cleaning gun weighs around 1–1.5kg, making it relatively easy to operate during long working sessions. The fiber cable length is 10m by default, with an optional 15m version depending on working environment requirements.
