2.Cutting Principle
The fiber laser tube cutting machine utilizes a high-energy laser beam to cut tubes. The high-energy laser beam generated by the fiber laser source is processed through the optical system and focused onto the material's surface. This causes the material to instantly melt and vaporize. Simultaneously, gas at a certain pressure blows away the molten material. The motion trajectory, controlled by the motion control system, forms the predetermined contour cut, thereby achieving the cutting production effect.

Equipped with a pneumatic self-centering chuck, it enables symmetrically independent dual-motion clamping. The clamping process requires no manual intervention or adjustment, featuring a simple and stable structure with excellent sealing and motion characteristics. It can hold materials such as square tubes, round tubes, oval tubes, flat tubes, triangular tubes, and I-beams.
The machine bed utilizes high-strength welding technology, ensuring high precision and stability while effectively eliminating vibrations generated during high-speed cutting.
The large gantry machine bed is precision-machined and undergoes annealing and aging treatments to relieve internal stress, achieving a geometric accuracy within 0.03 mm.
