Three-Dimensional Five-Axis Laser Cutting Head
Featuring a pointed design, this cutting head is optimized for precise cutting of H-shaped steel right angles and delivers an
excellent root removal effect. Paired with a swivel head, it achieves 180° rotational cutting, enabling complex and versatile
cutting capabilities.
Additionally, an optional light-sensing device can be integrated to automatically compensate for steel deformation issues. This
ensures consistent cutting quality by preventing poor results caused by material warping or distortion.
Intelligent Numerical Control System
Our advanced CNC system enables direct cutting of welding holes and, through process optimization, can achieve customized root
retention effects based on specific requirements. With single clamping, it seamlessly completes both cutting and punching
operations while automatically marking welding positions, eliminating the need for additional manual intervention.
The system also integrates with Tekla software, automatically retrieving component names and batch-printing them at the ends of
the parts. This ensures precision, efficiency, and streamlined workflow for your production process.
